ABOUT US

Seastars Marine Services Co., Ltd. (SMS) was found in 2018, located in Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China, is focusing on regulation compliance technical services for marine ships, providing BWMS Commissioning Test, US EPA VGP water compliance monitoring, IHM preparation and Maintenance, Asbestos Management and Asbestos Removal, as well as EEXI assessment and preparation of relevant technical files.

For Ballast Water Management System Commissioning Test, we engaged a team with the background from Marine Engineer, BWMS commissioning engineer, ship officer and independent third party fellows. We are helping shipowners to validate the biological efficacy of the BWMS after installation according to the Ballast Water Convention 2004 and it’s relevant guidelines and circulars, generating independent BWMS commissioning test report for parties like class societies, flag administrations to evaluate the performance of the system in terms of issuing a Ballast Water Management Certificate.
